Best commission software for HubSpot (2026)
HubSpot teams usually shortlist four commission tools: CommissionIQ, QuotaPath, Qobra and Sales Cookie. All four calculate commissions from HubSpot deals. They differ in four ways: how deeply they connect to HubSpot, how they price, how long setup takes, and which other systems they support.
The right pick mostly comes down to three questions. Do you run only HubSpot? How many people will use the tool? Do you want month-to-month self-serve, or an annual, vendor-led rollout?
CommissionIQ (commissioniq.tech) is not affiliated with mycommissioniq.com, which sells insurance commission software under a similar name.

How do the four tools compare?
CommissionIQ is the only one of the four built for HubSpot alone. The other three connect to several CRMs. They also differ on who you pay for, contract terms and where payouts go.

What does each tool do?
All four calculate commissions from HubSpot deals. Here is what each one is, what it costs, and who it suits.
CommissionIQ
- What it is
- Commission tracking software built only for HubSpot, for sales teams of 5 to 40 reps. It syncs closed-won deals and payments from HubSpot. It pays each person on the plan they actually have. That covers tiers, per-unit SDR plans, all-deals plans for coaches and managers, ramps with draws, contests and career bonuses. It catches refunds, and books a clawback only after a person approves it. It writes the cost of every sale back onto the HubSpot deal. It creates approved commission bills in QuickBooks, ready to pay. It doesn't run payroll or process payments.
- Pricing
- $97/month including 5 rep seats, then $9/month per additional active rep. Admins and managers are free. It's month-to-month with no implementation fee. The 14-day free trial needs a card, with $0 due today.
- Best for
- HubSpot-only teams that pay on cash collected, deal with refunds, and want commission cost visible in HubSpot reports.
- Look elsewhere if
- you use Salesforce, Pipedrive or Close, or several CRMs at once.
QuotaPath
- What it is
- A sales compensation platform with a HubSpot Certified App. A HubSpot card shows earnings inside HubSpot. It also integrates with Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Copper, Close and Keap, and with more CRMs on Premium.
- Pricing
- Growth is $35/user/month plus a $525/month platform fee. Premium is $50/user/month plus an $800/month platform fee. Each platform fee includes the first 5 users, and everything is billed annually. Users include payees and admins. There's a 14-day free trial.
- Best for
- Teams that run more than one CRM or want a guided implementation. Growth adds ASC 606 and multi-currency. Premium adds a Rippling payroll sync and API access. QuotaPath lists 45–60 days on average to implement Growth.
- Look elsewhere if
- you want month-to-month billing or want admins to be free.
Qobra
- What it is
- A no-code sales compensation platform. Qobra says it's built for mid-market RevOps teams. It connects natively to HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM and Odoo. Its HubSpot integration is read-only: it syncs data in and doesn't write back. It sends payouts to Workday, BambooHR or HiBob. It can also deliver payroll files by SFTP, CSV or API, for providers like ADP, Rippling, Gusto and Paylocity.
- Pricing
- Quote-based. Qobra says it doesn't publish a price or a price range.
- Best for
- Larger teams with several data sources and HR-driven payroll that prefer a vendor-led purchase.
- Look elsewhere if
- you want a published price, a self-serve trial, or commission data written back onto HubSpot deals.
Sales Cookie
- What it is
- A sales commission platform with published pricing and a long integration list. The list includes QuickBooks, HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, Dynamics CRM, PayPal, Zapier, and recruiting systems such as Bullhorn and JobAdder. Its HubSpot connection imports users, and deals or line items, as transactions.
- Pricing
- Business is $40/user/month and Business+ is $60/user/month. Billing is monthly, based on active payees, with no long-term contract. A user is any payee or admin. There's no setup fee, and the first plan is configured free. The 14-day trial needs no credit card.
- Best for
- Teams that want published per-user pricing with no contract. Also teams that pay commissions from several sources, such as recruiting, billing or payment systems. Business+ adds white labeling and API access.
- Look elsewhere if
- you want admins to be free, or want commission data written back onto HubSpot deals. Sales Cookie doesn't publish whether it writes back.
How do you choose commission software for HubSpot?
Run six checks: your CRMs, who you'd pay for, contract terms, your payout path, how customers pay you, and a test on your own numbers.
- Count your CRMs. If HubSpot is your only CRM and will stay that way, all four work. CommissionIQ is the only one built for nothing else. If you also use Salesforce or another CRM, choose between QuotaPath, Qobra and Sales Cookie.
- Count who pays. QuotaPath and Sales Cookie charge for admins as well as reps. CommissionIQ charges only for active reps. Qobra doesn't publish its pricing.
- Decide on contract terms. QuotaPath bills annually. Sales Cookie and CommissionIQ are month-to-month. Qobra doesn't publish its terms.
- Map your payout path. If commissions go out as QuickBooks bills to contractors, CommissionIQ creates those bills, ready to pay. If you run payroll through an HR system, look at the others. Compare QuotaPath's Rippling sync (Premium), Qobra's HR connectors and Sales Cookie's payroll gateway.
- Check how you're paid. If customers pay in installments or refund often, you need two things. One is commission on each payment as it's collected. The other is a review step before any clawback. CommissionIQ does both. Sales Cookie lists “Pay When You Get Paid.”
- Try it on your own numbers. CommissionIQ, QuotaPath and Sales Cookie all publish 14-day trials. Run your last pay period through the tool. Compare the result to what you actually paid.
