Affiliate Terms

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and Conscious Agent Coaching LLC, which operates CommissionIQ (“we”, “us”). They apply when you join the CommissionIQ affiliate program. By applying you accept them and you confirm you're at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. The affiliate program page summarizes them. Where the two differ, these terms apply.

2. Joining

  • You apply through CommissionIQ's store on Whop. We approve or decline each application at our discretion and don't have to give a reason.
  • The program runs on Whop's affiliate system. Whop's own terms for affiliates apply alongside these. You need a Whop account in good standing.

3. What you earn

  • You earn 25% of each payment a referred customer makes for the CommissionIQ base subscription (currently $97/month, so $24.25/month per customer). This continues for as long as that customer keeps paying for the subscription and these terms remain in effect for you.
  • Commission isn't paid on charges for additional rep seats, on taxes, or on any payment that is refunded, charged back or disputed. If one of those happens after you've been paid, the commission is taken back.
  • A referred customer is a new CommissionIQ customer who signs up through your affiliate link and subscribes through the Whop checkout. Customers who already have or had a CommissionIQ account, customers who sign up some other way, and customers billed by card directly through CommissionIQ rather than through Whop aren't referred customers.
  • Your link is remembered for 30 days in the browser it was clicked in. If someone clicks more than one affiliate link, the most recent one gets the credit.
  • Whop's records decide whether a customer was referred and how much commission is owed.

4. Getting paid

  • Whop pays your commission to your Whop account under Whop's payout terms. Payment currently comes after a 30-day hold. We don't pay commission outside Whop.
  • You're responsible for your own taxes and for any tax information Whop asks you for.

5. How you may promote CommissionIQ

  • Say clearly that you're an affiliate and earn a commission whenever you recommend CommissionIQ, as the FTC's endorsement guidelines require.
  • Describe CommissionIQ accurately. Don't promise features, prices, results or discounts we don't offer.
  • Don't bid on “CommissionIQ” or close variations of it in paid search or social ads, and don't use it in domain names, app names or social account names.
  • Don't send spam or unsolicited bulk messages. Every email must follow anti-spam law, including CAN-SPAM.
  • Don't post your link on coupon, deal, cashback or incentive sites, and don't pay or reward people for signing up.
  • Don't refer yourself, your own company, or accounts you control.
  • Don't suggest that you speak for CommissionIQ, or that CommissionIQ is made, endorsed or certified by HubSpot. CommissionIQ connects to HubSpot. It isn't a HubSpot product.

6. Our name and materials

While you're an approved affiliate, you may use the CommissionIQ name and the materials we provide to promote CommissionIQ under these terms. Don't change our logo, and stop using our name and materials when you leave the program.

7. Changes and ending

  • You may leave at any time. We may end the program or your participation at any time.
  • If we end your participation without cause, you keep earning on customers you referred before that date, under these terms.
  • If you break these terms or act fraudulently, we may end your participation immediately. In that case you forfeit unpaid commissions and any commission on future payments.
  • We may change these terms. We'll update the date above and tell approved affiliates at least 30 days before a change reduces what you earn. A rate change applies only to customers referred after it takes effect.

8. The relationship

You're an independent contractor, not our employee, agent or partner. You can't make commitments for us. The program is provided as is. Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commissions you earned in the twelve months before the claim. Questions: support@commissioniq.tech.
